When we paint, we do a complete job without cutting corners. Walls, trims, doors, closets all receive the same attention to detail. 

The Most Important Step is Preparation 

Without proper preparation paint will eventually chip, crack, and peel off the walls. We start by walking through the area with the owner to identify what needs repair. 

Unlike many other painting services, we actually remove switch covers, receptacle covers, return air vents covers, and any other cover plates before prepping. I've never understood painters who leave the covers in place and paint around them. That's lazy work!

Drywall screw "bumps" on the walls are exposed, the screws tightened, and then patched. Flaking, cracked or peeling paint is also repaired and patched. The time and work required will depend on the quantity and size of the repairs.

All surfaces to be painted are sanded and washed. Then we only use high quality paint and two coats.

Repainting Doesn't Have to be Expensive

Repainting will give your area new life and pride in the look of your home. While painting doesn't have to be expensive, don't trust anyone that gives you an estimate without seeing the work to be done. Some painters will advertise "from $99 a room," and then you find out that doesn't include the cost of repairs, paint, prep work, helping to move furniture, removing switch/receptacle covers, etc. Basically, they use the cheapest paints and want an empty room to start brushing and rolling. In the end you truly get what you pay for, and you won't be happy. That's why you can't be quoted a "typical" cost without seeing the house first because the biggest factors that affect the cost, besides paint, is the repairs that need to be completed, the layout of the rooms, the type of trim, windows, and doors.
